I have run into my next problem - tiredness.

Had a really good session with Marco last week, but I was exhausted afterwards - and felt exhausted throughout the rest of the day at work.

Meanwhile, work is very busy and I am having to work some Saturdays and Sundays plus my office has moved 30 minutes further away.

It's all a bad combination of different factors coming together.

Right now I'm not sure how to address this - my thinking is to check my diet and supplementation, try and spend more time in bed and find ways of feeling energised and motivated when I am physically very tired. After all, without the job there'd be no money to pay for the food, supplements and trainer.
