March 2012 Update

It's about time I posted an update. December was good, but January and February were difficult.

It was difficult to find the right routine. I started full time work in January and felt that I needed more sleep - I'd wake up in the morning and find it really difficult to motivate myself to get to the gym.
I thought more sleep would help and started getting to bed about 8pm to get nine hours before 5am. The Sleep Cycle app on my iPhone my iPhone helped me figure out what was wrong. After about six hours I go into a deep sleep that is difficult to wake from so if I plan to get just seven hours that's about right - and gives me a lot of my evening back.
