Recovery Progress

My osteopath at the BSO has been making steady progress with my shoulder and now says that I can go back to the gym if I am careful.
Basically, she says that anything that doesn't hurt will do me good.

I know I should tread carefully at first, explore what I can do within my current range of movement and use light weights, but I do feel I can see light at the end of the tunnel.
